License Certificate. (a) Upon JLO’s receipt of LICENSEE’S executed Jukebox License Agreement and payment of each year’s license fees hereunder, JLO shall issue LICENSEE an annual license certificate for each jukebox covered by the Jukebox License Agreement.
License Certificate. The Board shall pay for any license/certificate or any license/certificate renewal required by the job description, including a boiler license, asbestos certificate, refrigeration certificate, and pesticide application license.

The Company reserves the right to stipulate and/or update from time to time the manner of issuance and/or distribution of the License Certificates with respect to available distribution channels, License activation and Licensee authentification methods as available from time to time. Specifically, the License Cerificates may be issued (depending on agreement between Licensee/Partner and the Company) as a hardcopy document or generated by Company’s License authentification system based on activation of a License through electronic means.
License Certificate. Refers to the document indicating the module and user licenses defined to the Company.

The Board will reimburse Maintenance Services employees for any license/certificate or any license/certificate renewal including a Boiler License, Asbestos Certificate, or other applicable license/certificate and/or renewal required by the Board. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days following submission of an appropriate receipt to the Treasurer's Office. Maintenance Services employees must be in active status at the time reimbursement is paid.

PERMIT REQUIREMENT Contractor shall have, obtain, and maintain in good standing any Georgia-licenses, certificates and permits that are required prior to and during the performance of work under this Contract. Contractor agrees to provide DCH with certified copies of all licensees, certificates and permits necessary upon request.
