LICENSE AND SUPPORT. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GitLab hereby grants to Customer and its Affiliates (as defined below) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees and contractors to (1) internally (a) use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, and display the code of GitLab Enterprise Edition at the tier level selected by Customer (or set forth on a Quote (as defined below), if applicable) with the specifications generally promulgated by GitLab from time to time (the “Software”), solely (i) for its internal use in connection with the development of Customer’s and/or its Affiliates’ own software, and (ii) by the number of Users for which Customer has paid GitLab; and (b) use the documentation, training materials or other materials supplied by GitLab (the “Other GitLab Materials”); and (2) modify the Software and publish patches to the Software, solely by the number of Users for which Customer has paid GitLab. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer agrees that GitLab and/or its licensors (as applicable) retain all right, title and interest in and to all Software incorporated in such modifications and/or patches, and all such Software may only be used, copied, modified, displayed, distributed, or otherwise exploited in full compliance with this Agreement, and with a valid GitLab Enterprise Edition subscription for the correct number of User seats. The Software and Other GitLab Materials are collectively referred to herein as the “Licensed Materials.” “

LICENSE AND SUPPORT. Subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement, including payment of the Subscription Fees set forth in the Order Form, Recorded Future hereby grants Customer, and Customer hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and license, to access and use, solely for its internal business purposes, (i) the Subscription Service identified on the Order Form (the “Service”), on a hosted basis, in accordance with the user documentation provided with the Service (“Documentation), and (ii) the Documentation, in each case for the Subscription Term set forth in the applicable Order Form. Use of the Service is also restricted and subject to the number of users and other limitations set forth in the Order Form. During the Subscription Term Recorded Future will support the Service in accordance with the Support and Service Level Policy attached as Appendix 2
LICENSE AND SUPPORT. 1.1 The SaaS is licensed to you and not sold. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Veridooh hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal and revocable license to use the SaaS for the Term (Licence). You may not sub-license the Licence to any third party.

During the applicable term of the Service, DataRobot will provide support the Service in accordance with the DataRobot’s Technical Support and Services Policy included herewith as Appendix 1 attached hereto.
LICENSE AND SUPPORT. 4.1 Subject to Licensee’s timely payment of the license fee and Hardware cost set out in the Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to: a) use the Software, together with the Hardware, in accordance with the Agreement and these Terms, b) use, but not remove, alter or change, for the purpose of the Agreement, the Documentation, as well as Licensor's trademarks and trade names associated with the Software and Hardware to the extent any such trademarks and trade names display on or in the Software and Hardware, and c) make copies of the Software for back-up and archival purposes, provided that the original and each copy is kept in Licensee's possession, and that Licensee's installation and Use of the Software does not exceed that allowed in (a) and (b) above, and provided that Licensee reproduces all the proprietary notices on each copy.

Starburst Data will provide support during the subscription term in accordance with the then-current Starburst Data Support Policy found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx/terms/presto-support-policies/.

(“Blustream”) hereby grants, and the customer designated on the Order Form (“Customer”) hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and license, to access and use, solely for its internal business purposes, (i) the hosted subscription service identified on the Order Form and any corresponding app (the “Service”), in accordance with the user documentation provided with the Service (“Documentation), and (ii) the Documentation, both for the Subscription Term set forth in the applicable Order Form. Use of the Service is restricted and subject to the limitations set forth in the Order Form. During the Subscription Term, BLUSTREAM will support the Service in accordance with the Support and Service Level Policy attached as Appendix 2.

LICENSE AND SUPPORT. A. Under this Agreement Pinal County agrees to:  Provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable access to use all networks and databases that make up the System including but not limited to Organizational Administrator rights, ability to import files and/or templates into the system for jurisdictional use, and confidential and sovereign ability for the jurisdiction to set up their portion of the system as they see fit without interference from Pinal County.  Provide a governance document that has been agreed upon by the four participating counties listed wherein.  Act as the Administrative Agent for the Participating Parties that have entered into the agreement with the selected third-party vendor, keep records as required by such agreement and/or by funding guidelines, and other activities necessary to administer the System on behalf of the Participating Parties.
LICENSE AND SUPPORT. The description of products and services to which Contractor is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Contract for all purposes and included as Attachment A (Order). The Contractor shall perform Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.

The LICENSEE may make one or more copies for back-up or disaster recovery purposes, provided that the LICENSEE agrees to not grant access to such copies to any other individual, company or entity.
