License and Access. 10.2.1 The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee access to the Project Site for carrying out any surveys, investigations, inspections and soil tests that the Licensee may deem necessary during the Development Period, it being expressly agreed and understood that the Licensor shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of survey, investigations, inspections and tests carried out or work undertaken by the Licensee on or about the Site pursuant hereto in the event of Termination or otherwise.

The licenses granted by DF terminate automatically if you do not comply with these Terms of Use.

No landlord - tenant relationship is being established. This license can be terminated at any time by Prompt Parking as more fully set forth in the Agreement.

Buyer may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of SUFS without express written consent. Buyer may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing SUFS's name or trademarks without the express written consent of SUFS. Buyer may not misuse the SUFS Services. Buyer may use the SUFS Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by SUFS terminate if Xxxxx does not comply with this Agreement.

You may use the Mend VIP Services only as permitted by law. You may not use the Mend VIP Services for purposes other than intended, including chat or communications unrelated to healthcare. The licenses granted by Mend VIP terminate if you do not comply with these Terms of Use.
License and Access i. In consideration of the receipt of payment of the Charges specified in Schedule 2, MFS grants the Client a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the GTNF, and to permit its clients to access the GTN by using the GTNF subject to the terms and conditions of this GTNF Agreement and the end-user Agreements embedded in the software. The Client shall not distribute, assign or transfer the rights granted by MFS to the Client to any third party.
