Trade certificates and/or other certificates or licences required to be held by the employee in respect to their employment shall be produced prior to the Employee’s acceptance of employment. In the event that a suspension or revocation of a licence (including a car licence) or certificate results in the employee being unable to carry out the requirements of their position and the Employer is unable to provide alternative duties, the contract of employment will be deemed to have been terminated by the employee’s actions.
