LICENCE TO PARK. Subject to this Agreement Secure Parking Singapore Pte Ltd will permit the Season Xxxxxx to use and occupy the parking space(s) at the Car Park, in such position as Secure Parking Singapore Pte Ltd at all times determines.

Licence to Occupy Premises A5.1 Any land or Premises made available to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract, shall be made available to the Contractor on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.
Business License Prior to commencement of work, Consultant shall obtain a business license from City.
Licence You must ensure that you hold all necessary licences, permits and approvals that are required by Law (including a Dairy Industry Licence) in order to comply with your obligations under this Contract. Failure to comply with the obligations under this clause may result in DFMC suspending the collection of your milk until such time as the failure is rectified.
Sunshine Ordinance Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.
Commercial Driver’s License As a result of recent Federal statutory requirements, the State of Michigan enacted Act 346 of 1988. The parties agree that as a result of these statutory requirements some employees within the Technical Bargaining Unit may be required to obtain and retain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) to continue to perform certain duties for the State. Whenever a CDL is referred to in this Section, it is understood to mean the CDL and any required endorsements. In order to implement this provision, the parties agree to the following:
Goods, Standards and Appurtenances Any Goods delivered must be standard new Goods, latest model, except as otherwise specifically stated in the Contract. Remanufactured, refurbished or reconditioned equipment may be accepted but only to the extent allowed under the Contract. Where the Contract does not specifically list or describe any parts or nominal appurtenances of equipment for the Goods, it shall be understood that the Contractor shall deliver such equipment and appurtenances as are usually provided with the manufacturer's stock model.
Personal Property Leases Schedule 5.10 contains, as of the date of this Agreement, a list of each lease or other agreement or right under which the Company or any of the Subsidiaries is lessee of, or holds or operates, any machinery, equipment, vehicle or other tangible personal property owned by a third Person, except those which are terminable by the Company or such Subsidiary without penalty on 90 days’ or less notice or which provide for annual rental payments of less than $250,000.
Certificate of Occupancy; Licenses All certifications, permits, franchises, licenses, consents, authorizations, and approvals, including, certificates of completion and occupancy permits, required for the legal use, occupancy and operation of the Property have been obtained and are in full force and effect. The use being made of the Property is in conformity with the certificate of occupancy issued for the Property.
License IO, which owns certain intellectual property rights to the name “Masterworks” hereby grants the Company effective upon the commencement of the Offering, a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the name “Masterworks”. Other than with respect to this license, the Company will have no legal right to use the “Masterworks” name. In the event that the Administrator ceases to administer the Company’s operations, the Company will be required to change its name to eliminate the use of “Masterworks”.
Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.
