Common use of Licence Fee Clause in Contracts

Licence Fee. 25.3.1 The Lessee must pay the Licence Fee by equal annual instalments in advance on the Commencement Date and then on 1 July during each year of the Term. 25.3.2 If the Commencement Date is not 1 July, then the first and last payment will be adjusted based on the number of days from the Commencement Date to 30 June next and the number of days in the relevant year. 25.3.3 The Licence Fee is reviewed annually in accordance with Item 5A of the Schedule by the Council as part of the review of Council's schedule of fees and charges for the Park Lands.
