Common use of Licence Fee Clause in Contracts

Licence Fee. You must pay the Licence Fee and associated charges in full on the due dates in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and as specified in the Pay Residential Fees section of SISWeb. Your obligation to pay the Licence Fee applies whether or not You move into the Room and irrespective of your course dates. UCD reserves the right to charge You a reasonable fee to cover its administrative expenses should it have to pursue You for payment.
