LIBOR Rate Loans. During such periods as U.S. Revolving Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of LIBOR Rate Loans, such LIBOR Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Percentage. Interest on U.S. Revolving Loans shall be payable in arrears on each applicable Interest Payment Date (or at such other times as may be specified herein).
