Common use of LIAISON COMMITTEES Clause in Contracts

LIAISON COMMITTEES. 15.01 Liaison Committees exist for the purpose of discussion of matters of concern to the Board and the Bargaining Unit. Each Committee shall be comprised of three (3) teachers appointed by the Bargaining Unit, three (3) Board representatives to be appointed by the Board, at least one of whom shall be a trustee, and the Director or designate who shall be the neutral facilitator/chairperson.
