LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. Both parties acknowledge the key role that effective communication plays in implementing the MOU aims. To aid the building and maintenance of effective communication channels and protocols the following will be undertaken:
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 11.1 During the term of this Agreement the Parties shall liaise so as to assure the Specifications of the Wafers and any related technical characteristics. In light thereof the Parties shall convene on a regular basis upon first request of a Party, in a place that is mutual agreed by Parties. The Parties shall specifically address problems of technical nature, including electrical and mechanical properties as well as mutual activities to improve wafer and cell performance.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 7.1. Relate Solent and FBC will appoint a liaison officer (or officers) who will be the key point of contact in each organisation with authority to speak on behalf of their agency.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 2.1 Initiates and facilitates forums and discussions groups to discuss and resolve issues relating to the implementation of strategic and operational plans and reform and development initiatives.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. Owner and Tenant each shall from time to time designate one or more liaisons responsible for coordinating with the liaison from the other party; such liaisons may be changed at any time. Such liaisons shall meet regularly to discuss and coordinate the respective facilities needs of Owner and Tenant and to facilitate resolution of any disagreements. From time to time, Owner and Tenant shall each consider inclusion of members of the other congregation in special programming, such as speakers and other education events, concerts and other special programming, and social events.
LIAISON AND COMMUNICATION. 7.1 The parties agree to meet at least twice each calendar year to review the effectiveness of this MoU and identify any issues that require to be addressed. Strategic, policy or operational meetings will be arranged as required and as agreed between the relevant liaison persons.
