Liability principles. Neither Party is liable under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, indemnity or otherwise, for: (a) any loss (whether direct or indirect) of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or goodwill; (b) any loss of or corruption to data (except Personal Data to the extent that such loss or corruption is a direct result of a Party’s breach of Applicable Privacy Law in relation to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement); (c) any regulatory fines; (d) any legal costs save for those payable pursuant to the indemnity at clause 8.2;
