Dispute resolution CVL ADRR A Relevant Dispute shall be referred for resolution in accordance with the CVL Access Dispute Resolution Rules in force at the time of the reference, as modified by this Clause 13, unless: any Part of the CVL Network Code provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; any Part of Schedule 5, Schedule 7 or Schedule 8 provides for an alternative dispute resolution procedure for the Relevant Dispute, in which case such alternative procedure shall apply; or
