Liability for Payment Obligations. Nothing in this ARTICLE VIII shall be deemed to eliminate or limit, in any respect, Parent’s or SpinCo’s express obligation in this Agreement to pay Termination Charges, Decommissioning Charges or Service Charges for Services rendered in accordance with this Agreement.
