Common use of Liabilities and Litigation Clause in Contracts

Liabilities and Litigation. There are no claims, actions, suits or proceedings pending or, to Coastal’s knowledge, threatened against Coastal, or to its knowledge affecting Coastal, at law or in equity, before or by any Governmental Body, an adverse determination of which could have a material adverse effect on the business of Coastal or the Aspiration Account Program, and Coastal knows of no basis for any of the foregoing. There is no Order of any Governmental Body affecting Coastal or to which Coastal is subject.
