Levies and Charges. Every transaction executed on any exchange shall be subject to any levies or charges that such exchange may from time to time impose. CIF is authorized to collect from Client any such levies in accordance with the rules prescribed by such exchange from time to time. With respect to transactions executed on the HKFE, CIF is authorized to collect from Client for every contract the charge of a Compensation Fund levy and a levy pursuant to the SFCO. The costs of these shall be borne by Client and CIF is authorized to collect from these from Client.

Levies and Charges. 1. Each Contracting Party may levy charges, generally applicable for all traffic in the territories of the Contracting Parties, including fees for weighment, scanning and sealing by customs officials; toll for the use of roads, bridges, tunnels and parking, or those commensurate with the administrative expenses which result from traffic in transit, or with the costs of services rendered.
