Levels of Performance. (a) Levels of performance will be based on Key Performance Indicators ("KPI's") attached hereto as Exhibit C. LHSI and Client will have monthly process and performance reviews for the first six months of this Contract. Thereafter, quarterly reviews will be conducted.

Levels of Performance. Performance standards The LGPS prescribes that certain decisions are taken by either the administering authority or the scheme employer, in relation to the rights and entitlements of individual scheme members.
