LEVELORS. All exterior windows to receive Levelor, Riviera window blinds, -------- building standard color.
LEVELORS. Lessor shall select a standard Levelor Blind and color for use throughout the Building and Lessee shall use such standard levelor blind for all windows to be covered by Lessee. Lessee shall be required to provide, at Lessee's expense, prescribed levelor blind in front of windows in which the space is utilized for other than office use, such as storage and manufacturing.
