Level Four - Arbitration. 3-7.1 If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision, or within thirty-six (36) days after the Board meeting, request, in writing on form 1 to the president of the Association that his/her grievance be submitted to arbitration.
