Letters/Addendums Clause Samples
The Letters/Addendums clause establishes the process by which modifications, clarifications, or additional terms can be formally added to an existing agreement. Typically, this clause specifies that any changes to the contract must be documented in writing, often through a letter or an addendum signed by all parties involved. This ensures that all amendments are clearly recorded and mutually agreed upon, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over informal or verbal changes to the contract.
