Letter of Credit Reporting Requirements. Each Issuing Bank shall, no later than the tenth (10th) Business Day following the last day of each calendar month, provide to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, separate schedules for Commercial Letters of Credit and/or Alternative Currency Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit and/or Alternative Currency Letters of Credit issued as Letters of Credit and/or Alternative Currency Letters of Credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the aggregate Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding to it at the end of each month and, to the extent not otherwise provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1(c)(ii), any information requested by the Administrative Agent or the Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower relating to the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and reference number of each Letter of Credit and/or Alternative Currency Letter of Credit issued by it.
