Lessor's Right. After giving 24 hour written notice to Lessee, Lessor or its duly authorized representatives, or agents may enter upon said Premises at reasonable times during regular business hours during the term of this Lease for the purpose of determining whether Lessee is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease or for any other purpose incidental to the rights of Lessor. If an emergency occurs, entry may be had at any time without prior written notice; should an emergency entry occur, Lessor will so notify Lessee in writing on the next regular business day. Such rights include the right to show the Premises to prospective purchasers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, engineers, etc.
