Lessor Conditions Precedent. Lessor’s obligation to deliver and lease the Aircraft under this Agreement is subject to the satisfaction of each of the following conditions:
Lessor Conditions Precedent. On or before the Scheduled Delivery Date, Lessee shall comply with the Conditions Precedent set out below by ensuring that Lessor receives the following documents and by taking the actions described below, in each case in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lessor. All documents delivered to Lessor pursuant to this Schedule 3 will be in English, or if not in English, will be accompanied by a certified English translation:
Lessor Conditions Precedent. Lessee's obligation to accept delivery and commence the leasing of the Aircraft under this Agreement is subject to satisfaction of each of the Lessor Conditions Precedent specified in Schedule 3. 3.4
Lessor Conditions Precedent. The obligation of Lessor to lease the Aircraft to Lessee under this Agreement is subject to, save as provided below, on or prior to the Delivery Date:
Lessor Conditions Precedent. 3.1.1 Lessor need not deliver and begin leasing the Aircraft under this Agreement unless each of the Lessor Conditions Precedent is satisfied or waived in writing by Lessor.
Lessor Conditions Precedent. The obligations of the Borrower to lease the Aircraft to the Head Lessee under the Head Lease are subject to the condition precedent that the Borrower has received evidence that the conditions to the making of the Loans as set out in Clauses 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 are met (or waived or deferred in accordance with Clause 2.7).
