Lesser FTE. If the least senior nurse’s position on either of the other shifts has fewer hours than that previously held by the Displaced Nurse, the Displaced Nurse may also bump into the portion of the next least senior nurse, necessary so that the Displaced Nurse retains a position at the Nurse’s pre-layoff FTE.
