Common use of LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs Paragraph 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, Lessee at Lessee's expense, expense shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or and readily accessible accessable to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, . (Lessee shall procure and maintain, Initials: ______ maintain at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof thereof, structural and nonstructural, (whether or not the damaged such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting lighting, facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, wall (interior walls and interior surface of exterior wallsexterior) foundations, ceilings, roofs, (interior and exterior) floors, windows, doors, plate glass, glass and skylights, skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in on the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (Lessee shall procure and act or maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, ventilating electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof thereof, structural and non-structural, (whether or not the damaged such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air air-conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior walls and interior surface of exterior wallsexterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass, glass and skylights, skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, ; driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in on the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 13.1, and 915, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lesseelessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilatingventilation, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs Paragraph 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises. Any cost of repairs to outside common area will be calculated on a pro rata basis due on square footage occupied.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep and maintain in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, glass and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible accessable to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the tile Premises, fixtures, interior walls wails and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lotsirate, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's expense, Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof thereof, structural and nonstructural (whether or not the damaged such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee) including's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, conditioning (Lessee shall procure and maintain, maintain at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system [ ILLEGIBLE ] maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixturesfixtures walls (interior and exterior), interior walls and interior surface of exterior wallsfoundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass, glass and skylights, skylights located within the Premises, Premises and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in on the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions previsions of Paragraphs 6, 7.1 and 9, Lessee, at Lessee's ’s expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible assessable to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's ’s expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surface of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights, located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located in the Premises and all sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS.
