Common use of LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 6 (Use), 7.1 (Lessor's Obligations), and 9 (Damage or Destruction), Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, a ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract), electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surfaces of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights located within the Premises. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 6 (Use), 7.1 (Lessor's Obligations), and 9 (Damage or Destruction), Lessee, at Lessee's expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, a ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract), electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, interior walls and interior surfaces of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights located within the Premises. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof. Lessee shall be responsible for clean-up of all hazardous waste occurring in or about the premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee Xxxxxx shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost costs thereof.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof. Lessee shall be responsible for clean-up of all hazardous waste occurring in or about the premises.

Lessor LESSOR reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor LESSOR so elects, Lessee LESSEE shall reimburse LessorLESSOR, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning condition system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof. Lessee shall be responsible for clean-up of all hazardous waste occurring in or about the premises.

Lessee shall be responsible for clean-up of all hazardous waste occurring in or about the Premises.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessorreimburse, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof. Lessee shall be responsible for clean-up of all hazardous waste occurring in or about the premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, demand for the cost thereof. Lessee shall be responsible for all pest control services on or about the premises, i.e., ants, rodents.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions provision of paragraphs 6 (Use), 7.1 (Lessor's Obligations), and 9 (Damage or Destruction), Lessee, Lessee at Lessee's expense, expense shall keep in good order, order condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, a ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract), entrance doors and storefront complete, electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, fixtures interior walls and interior surfaces of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights located within the Premises. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system systems maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof, including clean-up or debris removal of common area, A/C, paving, concrete and landscaping.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 6 (Use), 7.1 (Lessor's Obligations), and 9 (Damage or Destruction), Lessee, at Lessee's expense, expense shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof (whether or not the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, a ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract), electrical and lighting facilities and equipment within the PremisesPremiss, or that serves only the Premises wherever situated, fixtures, interior walls and interior surfaces of exterior walls, ceilings, windows, doors, plate glass, and skylights located within the Premises. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, . Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, upon demand, for the cost thereof.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessor reserves the right to procure and maintain the ventilating and air conditioning system maintenance contract and if Lessor so elects, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor, Lessor upon demand, for the cost thereof.
