Common use of LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structuralnonstructural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior inferior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (a) Except to the extent of Lessor's obligations under Paragraph 7.4, below, Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the interior of the Premises and every structural or nonstructural part thereof, structural and non structural, thereof (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, heating and air conditioning, conditioning (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exteriorinterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non non-structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within with the Premises, and all landscaping, landscaping driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structuralnonstructural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixturesfixtues, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilingsceiling, roofs (interior and or exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premisespremises - See Addendum to Lease, paragraph 57.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structuralnonstructural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, repairs or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.. 7.2

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exteriorinterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exteriorinterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, landscaping driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee Leasee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non non-structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, maintain at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, Premises fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, non-structural (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, foregoing all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, conditioning (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, ceilings roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.. 7.2

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioningconditioning , (Lessee shall procure and maintain, maintain at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, Premises fixtures, walls (interior and exterior)walls, foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, non-structural (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs repair occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, conditioning (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises. The roof shall be maintained by Lessor.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.. 7.2

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's ’s use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's ’s expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structuralnonstructural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises. Leaking roof to be excluded from this clause.

LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereofthereof (provided however, that Lessor shall be responsible for any structural and non structural, repairs except by any act or omission of Lessee) (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and Lessee or whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, . (Lessee shall procure and maintain, maintain at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exteriorinterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.. LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS. Lessee shall keep in good order, condition and repair the Premises and every part thereof, structural and non structural, (whether or not such portion of the Premises requiring repair, or the means of repairing the same are reasonably or readily accessible to Lessee, and whether or not the need for such repairs occurs as a result of Lessee's use, any prior use, the elements or the age of such portion of the Premises) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises. (Lessee shall procure and maintain, at Lessee's Lessees expense, an air conditioning system maintenance contract) ventilating, electrical, lighting facilities and equipment within the Premises, fixtures, walls (interior and exterior), foundations, ceilings, roofs (interior and exterior), floors, windows, doors, plate glass and skylights located within the Premises, and all landscaping, driveways, parking lots, fences and signs located on the Premises and sidewalks and parkways adjacent to the Premises.. 7.2
