Lessee’s Entitlements Sample Clauses

Lessee’s Entitlements. 15.1 The Lessee during the subsistence of this Deed may refurbish/renovate the Demised Premises after seeking the prior written consent of the Lessor. The Lessee agrees not to carry out any work in the Demised Premises of structural nature and shall ensure that during refurbishment/renovation, the Demised Premises or any part of the Building is not damaged. Further the Lessee shall ensure that such work does not conflict with any other obligation undertaken by the Lessee under this Deed and the same does not violate or breach any law. It is clarified that there shall be no suspension of the Lessee’s obligation for making payment of the Lease Rent or any other payment due to the Lessor under this Deed during the refurbishment /renovation period.
15.2 The Lessee shall be entitled to apply for and obtain at its own cost and expenses separate telephone lines to be installed in the Demised Premises.
