Common use of Lessee Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee Indemnification. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's ’s obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE OR LESSOR FROM ITS THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR THE OTHER PARTY IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such_agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE BOTH PARTIES FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR BOTH PARTIES IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party during the Term (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessor or Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought (or allowed to be brought) onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party Lessee (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE OR LESSOR FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR THE OTHER PARTY IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' ’ and consultants' ’ fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's ’s obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee Indemnification. From and after the Commencement Date, Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expensesexpense, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.. Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, SUBSTANCES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, include but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' attorneys and consultants' consultants fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration redemption and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS UNLESS, SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and reasonable attorneys' ’ and consultants' ’ fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises Premise by or for Lessee, or any third party Lessee after the Start Date (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground any migration of any Hazardous Substance under to the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's ’s obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the actual and reasonable cost of investigation, removal, remediation, remediation restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

Lessee's ' s obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this LeaseLEASE. Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease. NO TERMINATION, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENT.

NO TERMINATIONNo termination, CANCELLATION OR RELEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY LESSOR AND LESSEE SHALL RELEASE LESSEE FROM ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS LEASE WITH RESPECT TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCEScancellation or release agreement entered into by Lessor and Lessee shall release Lessee from its obligations under this Lease with respect to Hazardous Substances, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SO AGREED BY LESSOR IN WRITING AT THE TIME OF SUCH AGREEMENTunless specifically so agreed by Lessor in writing at the time of such agreement.

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor, its agents, employees, lenders and ground lessor, if any, harmless from and against any and all loss of rents and/or damages, liabilities, judgments, claims, expenses, penalties, and attorneys' and consultants' fees arising out of or involving any Hazardous Substance brought onto the Premises by or for Lessee, or any third party part (provided, however, that Lessee shall have no liability under this Lease with respect to underground migration of any Hazardous Substance substance under the Premises from adjacent properties). Lessee's obligations shall include, but not be limited to, the effects of any contamination or injury to person, property or the environment created or suffered by Lessee, and the cost of investigation, removal, remediation, restoration and/or abatement, and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease.
