Common use of Lessee Improvements Clause in Contracts

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 Expansion Space on an "AS IS" basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 Expansion Space to Lessee's specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 1425 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 1425 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.0010,960.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 1425 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-3” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 820 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 820 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Forty and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.004,840.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 820 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-9” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 400 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Forty Seven Thousand Seven Six Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.00147,600.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 400 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-4” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 1445 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 1445 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Ninety and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.007,290.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 1445 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-5” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 1300 Expansion Space and the Suite 1490 Expansion Space on an "AS IS" basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 1300 Expansion Space and the Suite 1490 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance construction allowance in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Nineteen Thousand Seven Eight Hundred Ten Sixty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.00119,865.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 1300 Expansion Space and the Suite 1490 Expansion Space to Lessee's specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2D-1" and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 1410 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 1410 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Eighty and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.0012,280.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 1410 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-8” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 500 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 500 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Forty Seven Thousand Seven Five Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.00147,500.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 500 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-7” and incorporated herein.

Lessee Improvements. Lessee accepts the Suite 1320 1400 Expansion Space on an "“AS IS" ” basis, without any obligation of Lessor to construct any improvements in the Suite 1320 1400 Expansion Space; however, Lessor will provide Lessee a Construction Allowance in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($115,710.0011,050.00) to refurbish the Suite 1320 1400 Expansion Space to Lessee's ’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Improvements Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D-2" “D-6” and incorporated herein.
