Less than Significant Impact. The proposed project will result in the creation of open water and ▇▇▇▇▇ habitats that have the potential to result in increased mosquito populations. In order to minimize potential health hazards related to mosquito breeding, the project proponent will be required to coordinate the design and ongoing management of the project with the Sacramento- Yolo Mosquito & Vector Control District. A Condition of Approval for the project will require the applicant to comply with any feasible Best Management Plans proposed by the District. VIII.
