Lender Licenses. Neither the Agent nor any Lender shall be required solely as a result of financing the Collateral or the pledge to the Agent of the Collateral to be licensed, registered or approved or to obtain permits or otherwise qualify (i) to do business in any State in which it is not currently so required or (ii) under any State consumer lending, fair debt collection or other applicable State statute or regulation.
