Lender Information. (a) Notice to Lenders shall be provided as set forth in Section 14.4 of the Indenture. (b) Promptly after the Loan Agent is notified in writing that the holders of any of the Loans are entitled to vote with respect to any matter, the Loan Agent shall give written notice to the Lenders stating: (i) the issue to be voted upon, (ii) the date and time by which holders of such Loans must cast their votes, and (iii) the date and time by which L▇▇▇▇▇▇ may instruct the Loan Agent how to vote, which date and time shall not be later than 24 hours before the Lenders must vote.
