Legislative Determination Sample Clauses

Legislative Determination. Should the State adopt legislation specifying that the Basin should be managed by a statutorily designated entity this Agreement shall terminate and the Agency shall be dissolved upon such terms and conditions as the legislation may designate. Upon such dissolution, the assets and liabilities of the Agency shall be disposed of in the manner specified by the legislation. If the legislation does not so specify, the assets and liabilities of the Agency shall be disposed of in the manner provided in Section 11.10 (a), above.
