LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND. The FCRHA and Tenant agree that, upon execution of this Lease, Exhibit A may contain a visual depiction of the Land. Prior to Commencement of Construction under this Lease, Tenant shall conduct a survey of the Land which provides, inter alia, a metes and bounds description of the Land and the FCRHA and Tenant shall, by amendment to this Lease, replace the visual depiction contained in Exhibit A with a revised Exhibit A containing such metes and bounds description, as approved by both the FCRHA and Tenant.
