Legal and Tax Advice. Employee acknowledges that: (i) the Company has encouraged Employee to consult with an attorney and/or tax advisor of Employee’s choosing (and at Employee’s own cost and expense) in connection with this Agreement, and (ii) Employee is not relying upon the Company for, and the Company has not provided, legal or tax advice to Employee in connection with this Agreement. It is the responsibility of Employee to seek independent tax and legal advice with regard to the tax treatment of this Agreement and the payments and benefits that may be made or provided under this Agreement and any other related matters. Employee acknowledges that Employee has had a reasonable opportunity to seek and consider advice from Employee’s counsel and tax advisors.
Legal and Tax Advice. You should seek the advice of an attorney and/or certified tax specialist on 91 any legal or tax questions concerning any offers, contracts, issues relating to title or ownership of the 92 Property, or any other matters of concern, including those itemized in this Disclaimer Notice. Real estate 93 licensees are not legal or tax experts, and therefore cannot advise you in these areas.
Legal and Tax Advice. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for obtaining such legal advice and tax advice as it considers appropriate in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by it of this Subscription Agreement and the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby. The Subscriber further acknowledges and agrees that the Corporation’s legal counsel is acting exclusively on the Corporation’s behalf and not as counsel to the Subscriber.

Seller further understands and acknowledges a Short Sale may result in income tax liability and may negatively impact Seller's credit.

BIG will not provide or be responsible for obtaining legal or tax advice with respect to the Client, nor any other legal and regulatory requirements and issues which may arise pursuant to this Agreement. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all of the Client’s legal and regulatory requirements in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.

Each of the Sellers has discussed this Agreement with counsel of their choosing, and has had the legal consequences of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby explained by such counsel. None of the Sellers is relying upon Buyer or Dourave or any of their respective stockholders, members, directors, officers, attorneys, accountants, agents or representatives for purposes of interpreting the provisions of this Agreement or assessing the consequences hereof.
