Leave Usage and Accruals. Leave shall be accrued on the basis of 4.27 hours, 5.34 hours, 6.41 hours, 7.12 hours, 7.47 hours, 8.54 hours, etc. per pay period (instead of the 4 hours, 5 hours, and 6 hours otherwise referenced in the sick and annual leave articles). One days’ absence shall be charged as nine and one-quarter (9.25)
