LEAVE RESERVE Clause Samples
The Leave Reserve clause establishes a system for setting aside a portion of an employee's compensation or accrued leave to cover future absences, such as vacation or sick leave. Typically, this involves the employer withholding a calculated amount from each pay period, which is then used to pay the employee during approved leave periods. By doing so, the clause ensures that employees receive consistent pay during times they are not working, while also allowing employers to manage payroll expenses predictably and in compliance with labor regulations.
