Leave payment. a) Payment for period of leave Each Employee, before going on leave, shall be paid in advance the wages which would ordinarily accrue to him during the currency of the leave unless by other agreement between the Company and Employee. b) Annual leave loading Annual leave loading is not payable under this Agreement, as such entitlement has been incorporated into Employee remuneration as detailed in clause 5.1.2.
