Leave Benefits. Employees on a Child Care Leave shall not have health benefits provided by the District, except those guaranteed by the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993. Employees on a Medical Leave shall receive health insurance for the first four (4) months of the leave. Employees on sick leave shall receive health insurance for the entire length of the leave. Employees on a leave for teacher incapacity shall have full health benefits for the entire length of the leave. Extended leave shall have no benefits. Sabbatical Leave shall have full health benefits.
