Leave Anniversary Date Clause Samples
The Leave Anniversary Date clause defines the specific date each year on which an employee's leave entitlements, such as annual or personal leave, are recalculated or renewed. Typically, this date is set as the anniversary of the employee's commencement of employment, meaning leave balances reset or accrue based on the employee's individual start date rather than a fixed calendar date. This approach ensures that leave accruals and entitlements are managed fairly and accurately for each employee, preventing confusion and ensuring compliance with employment laws regarding leave management.
