Leasehold Agreements. Lender shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements with respect to all premises owned or leased by Borrower at which inventory is located, together with a collateral assignment of all leases, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender;
Leasehold Agreements. Agent shall have received Lien Waiver Agreements reasonably satisfactory to Agent with respect to the chief executive offices leased by Borrowers;
Leasehold Agreements. Subject to Section 6.8, Agent shall have received landlord and warehouseman agreements satisfactory to Agent with respect to all premises leased by Borrowers at which Inventory is located;

Administrative Agent shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements satisfactory to Administrative Agent with respect to the premises leased by Borrowers located at 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx X and 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 and any other premises at which any books or records relating to Receivables are located;
Leasehold Agreements. Each Syndication Agent shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements satisfactory to each Syndication Agent with respect to all premises leased by Loan Parties (other than premises as to which such requirement is waived by the Syndication Agents) at which Inventory is located (including Landlord consents and estoppels and evidence that such Loan Party's interest in such leasehold property is a recordable leasehold interest);

Except to the extent waived in writing by Agent or as otherwise set forth in Section 6.10 above, Agent shall have received landlord, mortgagee or warehouseman agreements satisfactory to Agent with respect to all premises leased by Borrowers at which Inventory and books and records are located;
