Lease Termination. Any termination of a lease or refusal to renew a lease for a HOME/CDBG-Assisted Unit within the Development must be in conformance with 24 C.F.R. 92.253(c) and the requirements of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 ((Pub. L. 113–4, 127 Stat. 54) applicable to HUD-funded programs, and must be preceded by not less than sixty (60) days written notice to the Tenant by Borrower specifying the grounds for the action.
