Lease in Effect. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Lease, except as amended by this Amendment, remains unmodified and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Lease in Effect. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Lease, as hereby amended and extended, remains in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Lease in Effect. Sublessor warrants and represents, to the best of Sublessor’s knowledge, information and belief, that the Lease is subsisting and is in full force and effect, Sublessor is not in default thereunder, and all rents, additional rents and charges due thereunder are and will be paid.

To the extent that any provision of this Amendment shall conflict with the Lease as in effect prior to the date hereof, this Amendment shall prevail.

Sublessor warrants that, (i) Sublessor has delivered to Sublessee a complete copy of the Lease and all amendments between Landlord and Sublessor relating to the leasing, use or occupancy of the Subleased Premises, (ii) to Sublessor’s knowledge, the Lease is, as of the date of this Sublease, in full force and effect, and (iii) to Sublessor’s knowledge, no event of default has occurred under the Lease and no event has occurred and is continuing that would constitute an event of default by Sublessor, but for the requirement of the giving of notice and the expiration of the period of time to cure.
Lease in Effect. Except as modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Lease in effect as of the Effective Date hereof shall be and remain in full force and effect.
Lease in Effect. Except as herein and expressly modified and amended, the Lease shall remain in full force and effect pursuant to each and every of its terms and conditions and, as modified and amended herein, is expressly ratified and confirmed by the parties hereto. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Lease in Effect. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect.
