LEASE EXTENSION ADDENDUM. This LEASE EXTENSION ADDENDUM (“Extension Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between NOP ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and FUSION MULTISYSTEMS, INC., a Nevada corporation, d/b/a FUSION-IO (“Tenant”), and is dated as of the date of the Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) by and between Landlord and Tenant to which this Extension Addendum is attached. The agreements set forth in this Extension Addendum shall have the same force and effect as if set forth in the Lease. To the extent the terms of this Extension Addendum are inconsistent with the terms of the Lease, the terms of this Extension Addendum shall control.
