Lease Expirations a summary of leases expiring within the next ninety (90) days and the status thereof (e.g., whether landlord and tenant are engaged in negotiations for renewal at certain terms, whether the tenant intends to vacate, whether the lease is month‑to‑month but in negotiation at certain specified terms, etc.). For early terminations, terms, including the amount of the termination fee, must be disclosed.
