Common use of Lease Expiration Date Clause in Contracts

Lease Expiration Date. If the Lease Commencement Date shall be the first day of a calendar month, then the last day of the first (1st) month after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date; or if the Lease Commencement Date shall be other than the first day of a calendar month, then the last day of the second (2nd) month after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs.

Lease Expiration Date. If the Lease Commencement Date shall be the first day of a calendar month, then the last day of immediately preceding the first sixty-five (1st65) month after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date; or or, if the Lease Commencement Date shall be other than the first day of a calendar month, then the last day of the second month in which the sixty-five (2nd65) month after the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs.

Lease Expiration Date.
