Lease and Term. (a) SG hereby subleases to Cowen, and Cowen hereby accepts from SG the sublease of, the entire rentable area of the fourteenth and fifteenth floors, a portion of the sixth floor and a portion of the Data Center/IDF closets in the Building, as described on Schedule 1 attached hereto (the “Subleased Premises”). Cowen agrees to use the Subleased Premises only for the purposes permitted under Section 1.3 of the Primary Lease and for no other purpose, and shall use and occupy the Subleased Premises in full compliance with the terms of the Primary Lease.
Lease and Term. The Landlord leases to the Tenant the private dwelling-house known as (the “Premises”) for a term beginning on and ending on (the “Term”), subject to any earlier termination of this Lease in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
Lease and Term. A. BNSF leases to CITY and CITY rents the Land from BNSF, subject to the covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Land Lease, for the Term (as defined below).

This Lease becomes effective after approval by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and on the date it is signed by all the necessary parties as indicated by the signature lines below. The term of this Lease is from the effective date and will be valid for one year unless terminated sooner by mutual agreement of the parties or for a violation of any term or condition of this Lease as specified below. After one year, if both parties agree, this contract can be renewed. Field Code Changed The term of this Lease begins January 1, 2017, and will automatically renew for periods of one (1) year at midnight on each anniversary date, unless: 1) it is terminated by mutual agreement before the automatic renewal occurs; or, 2) it terminates at the end of the lease term prior to automatic renewal due to unilateral termination. Unilateral termination will only occur if a notice of revocation of the agreement to automatically renew the lease has been sent by United States mail, and received by the non-moving party, verified with return receipt, at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the anniversary date. This agreement supersedes and replaces any lease agreement between the Lessor and Lessee from prior years.
Lease and Term. Marina agrees to lease to Lessee, land locker storage space (“Locker”) # _located at Harbour Cove Mariana, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, for a term beginning on April 1, 2016 and ending on March 31st, 2017. Fee: Lessee agrees to pay a rental fee of $180.00 (One Hundred Eighty, U.S. Dollars) in full and in advance for the rental of the Locker.
Lease and Term. Term of Lease The Trust hereby demises and leases the land to the Owner to have and to hold for and during the term commencing on August 31, 1994 (the date that ownership in the house was vested in the Owner under Order-in-Council 2333/94) and ending on December 13, 2092.

Your obligation to pay all amounts specified in this Lease is absolute and unconditional until the Lease is fully satisfied and shall not be subject to any abatement, reduction, set-off, defense, counterclaim, interruption, deferment or recoupment. Your obligation to the lessor will continue despite any dispute you may have with respect to the Aircraft or any Parts or its equipment.
