Common use of Leading Hand Allowance Clause in Contracts

Leading Hand Allowance. Where employees are appointed by the Company to be in charge of other employees the following flat payments shall be made per shift worked in such capacity: Number of Employees $ Per Shift Worked When in charge of 2 - 9 other employees $10.00 When in charge of 10 or more other employees $15.00
