LEAD PERSON PAY. Employees in classes designated by their supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead mechanic shall be entitled to a $9.00 per day premium when required to perform a majority of the following duties: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order material or to take the lead on any job when at least two employees in the same classification are working together and one acts as the lead. Effective July 1, 2002, the rate shall be $10 per day.
