Suppliers and Customers (a) The Company has adequate sources of supply for its business as currently conducted and as proposed to be conducted. The Company has good relationships with all of its material sources of supply of goods and services and does not anticipate any material problem with any such material sources of supply.
REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series: Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities; Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and
CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.
Agreement Not a Contract for Services Neither the Plan, the granting of the Restricted Shares, this Restricted Share Agreement nor any other action taken pursuant to the Plan shall constitute or be evidence of any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that the Participant has a right to continue to provide services as an officer, director, employee, consultant or advisor of the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate for any period of time or at any specific rate of compensation.
Contact with Customers and Suppliers Until the Closing Date, the Buyer shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates and direct its other Representatives not to, contact or communicate with the employees, customers, suppliers, distributors or licensors of the Acquired Entities, or any other Persons having a business relationship with the Acquired Entities, concerning the transactions contemplated hereby or any of the foregoing relationships without the prior written consent of the Seller.
Procurement procedures 11.1 The Recipient must secure the best value for money and shall act in a fair, open and non-discriminatory manner in all purchases of goods and services.
Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services.
License to Customer Vendor grants to Customer, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, to use, copy, modify, display, perform (by any means), transmit and prepare derivative works of any Vendor IP embodied in or delivered to Customer in conjunction with the Work Product. Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Local Line’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:
